RISE: More than a deck

You don’t need another program telling you how to be a man.
You don’t need a new mask, a louder voice, or another way to prove yourself.

What the world needs now are men who are real — men who can stand firm without pretending, lead without control, and love without losing their ground.

RISE is the tool for that work.

It’s not about self-improvement. It’s about integration — facing your own shadow, owning your power, and living with presence.

Each card offers a clear message, a grounded action, and a way to bring it into the body. It’s designed for reflection, for circles, for any man ready to grow up without closing down.

This isn’t a return to outdated masculinity.
It’s a call to wholeness — strength with humility, courage with care, and truth you can stand on.

Early-bird access, launch updates, and first look at the art.

  • Rooted in Jungian depth psychology and archetypal theory

  • Integrates shadow work with somatic practice

  • Built for men walking alone or together

RISE: A Movement for the Modern Man

The Modern Man Was Never Given a Map

Most men were taught how to perform, not how to feel.
How to compete, not how to connect.

We were raised in systems that reward output and punishment, not depth or truth.

For generations, men have been told to build, conquer, and achieve — but rarely how to be whole.

The result is a culture of quiet exhaustion: men disconnected from purpose, from the body, from each other.

RISE exists as a response to that fracture.
It isn’t therapy, religion, or another self-help trend.
It’s a practical framework for honest self-work — a way to meet yourself without pretense, to reclaim meaning without ego, and to reconnect without performance.

This is the movement:

  • Men doing the inner work that changes how they show up in the world.

  • Men learning that strength and softness can coexist.

  • Men remembering that leadership begins with self-responsibility.

"You don’t have to burn out or numb out to be worthy.
You just have to wake up — and step forward with awareness."

A Tool for Men
Doing The Real Work

RISE isn’t a deck of feel-good affirmations.

It’s a mirror and a map — built for men who want to live with integrity, clarity, and presence.

Each card invites reflection, action, and embodiment.
The messages are direct. The rituals are simple. The work is yours.

Whether you use it alone at the end of a day, or in circle with brothers around a fire, RISE gives structure to what most men never learned: how to bring awareness into action, and how to stay connected while you grow.

  • For Individuals: use it as a daily compass — a way to check in, get perspective, and ground back into truth.

  • For Men’s Circles & Coaches: each card doubles as a discussion focus, a prompt for shared reflection, or a structure for rites of passage.

  • For Facilitators: the companion Facilitator’s Guide (launching later) expands the deck into a full session framework with exercises, agreements, and guidance for holding group work safely.

This isn’t about performing masculinity or chasing another version of success.
It’s about integration — the strength to face what’s true, and the discipline to live it.

What's Inside the Box?

RISE is more than a deck — it’s a complete system for reflection, conversation, and integration.
Every card, spread, and section of the guidebook is built to support real-world growth — whether you’re sitting alone in stillness or holding space for others in circle.

Like a mountain, this work meets you where you stand — at the base, the ridge, or the summit.

Each card is a point on that climb, a place to pause, breathe, and see yourself more clearly.

Inside the box:

  • 72 matte-finish cards— each featuring a mythic archetype or threshold of integration drawn from the masculine journey. Every card holds a distinct message, meaning, ritual, somatic cue, and integration inquiry.

  • Four elemental suits — King (Earth), Warrior (Fire), Magician (Air), and Lover (Water) — representing the four pillars of mature masculinity. Together, they balance leadership, courage, wisdom, and connection.

  • The Major Arcana: The Summit Path — eleven threshold cards that mark the key stages in a man’s life. Each represents a turning point in the climb toward embodiment — both in the grand arc of a lifetime and in the smaller cycles of growth we live through every day.

  • The Shadow Arcana — a mirror to the Summit Path. These cards reveal the forces we repress, avoid, or over-identify with — the shadows that must be faced to rise whole.

  • A full guidebook — containing every message and meaning in full, plus custom card spreads, reflection prompts, journaling pathways, and somatic exercises designed for both solo and group use.

  • Facilitator’s Guide (companion release) — expands the deck into a complete group framework, with session plans, circle agreements, and guidance for safe, embodied facilitation.

RISE can be used alone, with a partner, or in a men’s group.
It’s a structure that grows with you — a mirror when you’re lost, a challenge when you’re stuck, and a compass when you’re ready to lead.

This is not a product to consume.
It’s a mountain to climb — again and again,

until the mountain itself becomes you.

The mountain is the path — not a goal at the top.
Every man meets its face in his own way: through leadership, conflict, creativity, or love.
The structure of RISE reflects that same terrain. Each suit, each arc, each card is a facet of the same climb — a different face of the same mountain within.

The Mountain Has Many Faces

The Four Suits

The Elements of Mature Masculinity

Inspired by Robert Moore’s framework of King, Warrior, Magician, Lover.

  • King ( Earth ) — Sovereignty, order, provision. The ground of stability and purpose.

  • Warrior ( Fire ) — Courage, discipline, boundaries. The heat that tests and refines.

  • Magician ( Air ) — Perception, pattern, ritual. The wind of insight and perspective.

  • Lover ( Water ) — Eros, devotion, connection. The current that softens and sustains.

These four suits form the body of the work — the elemental forces each man learns to navigate in his own way, finding his balance through lived experience rather than instruction.

The Major Arcana —

The Summit Path

Rooted in Jungian depth psychology and the universal arc of individuation.

The Summit Path charts the thresholds a man crosses as he climbs toward embodiment. Each card marks a stage of integration — a rite that repeats across a lifetime in both macro and micro cycles.
From Initiation to Embodiment, it mirrors the timeless movement of growth: ascent, challenge, surrender, and return.

It’s not one climb. It’s every climb — the daily, the seasonal, the lifelong.

The Shadow Arcana  -

The Descent That Strengthens the Ascent

Where shadow work becomes fuel, not fear.

Every mountain casts a shadow — and every man carries one.

The Shadow Arc explores the patterns, impulses, and wounds that live below the surface: anger, avoidance, pride, craving, shame.
These aren’t flaws to be fixed; they’re gateways to power, clarity, and compassion when faced consciously.

Working with the Shadow Arc is not about punishment or confession — it’s about reclaiming energy that’s been buried or split off.
It’s where self-awareness becomes strength, and shadow turns to substance.
For many men, this is where the real excitement begins — because it’s the place where truth stops being theory and starts being embodied.

INTEGRATION

Together, the Suits, the Summit Path, and the Shadow Arc form a complete system — a mountain of inner work that meets you wherever you stand.
But RISE isn’t static. It’s built to move with you.

Each card contains three living threads: Experience, Reflection, and Integration (E • R • I) — a cycle that turns insight into practice and practice into embodiment.

  • Experience invites you to feel and engage directly with the card’s theme through action, ritual, or somatic awareness.

  • Reflection helps you name what’s true — through journaling, dialogue, or circle discussion.

  • Integration grounds the learning into daily life, transforming awareness into behaviour, decision, and presence.

The cards don’t tell you who to be.
They show you where you are —

and offer a way to walk forward with awareness.
Climb it with your own two hands.
Return to it when you forget the way.

Each time you do, the mountain changes shape —  as do you.

Solo Practice

Pull one card in stillness and let the message meet you where you are.
Pause on the words. Feel where they land in the body.

Use the ritual, reflection, and integration prompts to move insight into action — through journaling, breath, or direct change.

When you want to go deeper, the guidebook includes structured spreads that reveal patterns, connections, and thresholds in the work — practical frameworks that keep the path alive and evolving.

Over time, the cards become a kind of terrain map — a way to see where you’ve been, where you stand, and where the next climb begins.

The mountain doesn’t move, but how you meet it changes.

Men's Work & Circles

In men’s circles, RISE becomes a shared language for truth.
One card drawn together can centre a weekly theme, guide check-ins, or open deeper rounds of dialogue.

Each man interprets through his own experience, yet everyone climbs the same mountain.

Facilitators can use the E • R • I rhythm to structure gatherings: a brief experience (breath, grounding, or movement), followed by reflection and embodied integration.

Over time, the deck builds continuity in the group — a record of collective growth that turns conversation into culture.

Whether around a fire, in a living-room, or online, RISE keeps the work anchored in practice and connection.

It reminds every man that leadership isn’t hierarchy; it’s participation.

Coaches & Facilitators

For those guiding others, RISE functions as a flexible framework for transformation.

Each suit, arc, and spread can be used to map a client’s developmental edges, highlight archetypal imbalances, or bring shadow material into safe, grounded dialogue.

The forthcoming Facilitator’s Guide expands on this — offering full-session plans, circle agreements, and progressive pathways that link the cards to embodiment, breathwork, and group process.
It gives leaders the tools to hold depth without drama and to turn reflection into results.

Whether you’re coaching one-to-one, leading retreats, or holding ongoing men’s groups, RISE provides the scaffolding for authentic, embodied leadership.
It strengthens both the facilitator and the field.

Facilitator's Guide

"Holding the Rope"

Some men feel the pull to climb alone.
Others feel the call to hold the rope for those beside them.

The RISE Facilitator’s Guide is built for the latter — for the coaches, mentors, and circle leaders who want to lead without hierarchy and hold depth without performance.

The guide expands the deck into a complete framework for collective growth.
It translates the E • R • I rhythm into clear group formats, helping facilitators create structure that supports truth rather than controls it.

Inside the guide:

  • Session Plans & Archetypal Themes – adaptable outlines for circles, retreats, or mentorship programmes.

  • Circle Agreements & Relational Practices – tools for building psychological safety and shared accountability.

  • Integration Frameworks – ways to anchor insight through bodywork, dialogue, and practical follow-up.

  • Rites of Passage Templates – progressive sequences that move from challenge to celebration.

This isn’t a manual for authority.

It’s a framework for shared responsibility —

for men who understand that real leadership is service.

The Facilitator’s Guide launches soon after the Kickstarter, forming the next ridge in the RISE movement: a way for every circle, every community, every father and mentor to carry the work forward with integrity.

Rise: Next generation

RISE began as a tool for men — but it was never meant to end there.
The work deepens when a man becomes a guide, passing what he’s learned forward.

At its heart, RISE is a modern rite of passage: a way to meet challenge with awareness and return stronger for others.

The next step in that lineage is RISE: Next Generation — a future father-and-son deck that brings this same framework of reflection and courage into shared experience.

Simple enough for younger minds, yet deep enough to awaken fathers to their own next threshold, it offers what many missed — an initiation rooted in presence, not pressure.

The mountain keeps moving.

Each man who climbs clears the way for the next.
This is how the rite continues and the path evolves.

KICKSTART THE MOVEMENT NOW

RISE: Path of the Integrated Man is more than a deck — it’s a shared movement of men choosing depth over distraction, awareness over performance, and embodiment over image.

Each card, each circle, each reflection adds to that climb — a global rite of passage that starts with one decision: to turn inward and rise with integrity.

Whether you’re standing at the base or guiding from higher ground, the invitation is the same —
to walk the mountain, to do the work, and to bring others with you.
